SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rysody. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Europe.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (excluding processing time).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume holiday seasons. All delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates and not legal guarantees.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rysody is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Damages
Rysody is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support desk immediately at info@rysody.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photographs or videos of the issue so we can process a free replacement or a full refund for you.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@rysody.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
